Having trouble contacting us?
Troubleshooting Steps:
1.) If you have already submitted a message/form on the About>Contact page or the Your Thoughts page, try resubmitting the form. If you still do not receive a confirmation from the form window, go to step 2.
2.) If you have resubmitted the form and it still doesn’t work, please email us directly at PhairHomeandBody@outlook.com with your message and set the subject to “CONTACT HELP - Phair Home & Body” so that we can investigate the issue after completing your request.
Issues with the shop?
Troubleshooting Steps:
Submit a contact form on the About>Contact page detailing the issue you are having (e.g. placing an order, limited stock, out of stock) and we will investigate and reach out to attempt to resolve the issue. Please be as descriptive as possible when submitting the form so that we may ameliorate the exact issue and improve your experience as well as others’.
